Dusty words lying under carpets,
seldom heard, well must you keep your secrets
locked inside, hidden deep from view?

amazing capture, the details really strikes me!
ReplyDeleteThe detail in that last image is amazing - is that the same source as the others (which I think are pussywillow buds)? The spirals are quite interesting.
ReplyDeletePussy-willows and ??? What are the curled up wispy things? Nice macro photography of whatever it is.
ReplyDeleteBreathless... So much so, I almost inhaled my computer screen looking at the first shot.
ReplyDeleteThe most delicate, intricate signs of spring, here.
Who knew spring was so...fuzzy?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful detail.
on my those pictures are awesome! great detail!
ReplyDeletelol. No words are needed here. Great spring details. :)
ReplyDeleteJust incredible close ups ... so crisp and clear. Beautiful shots!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have ever looked at a pussywillow that closely...but what are the spirals. Do tell!
ReplyDeleteYou won't believe the amount of research that went into trying to find out what the "curliques" or "tendrils" are -- because I had no clue what kind of bush it was. They are tails of the mountain mahogany bush. Ta da!
ReplyDeleteHi there!
ReplyDeleteI really like the last photo! The second one kinda creeped me out, though but it's a good shot.
Your photography takes my breath away.......then I remember to breathe......I look again and my breath is silent.
ReplyDeleteWow.....
Stunning pictures. I really wondered what the last one was:) I don't think we have such a bush in Sweden.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful. I love pussywillows. There aren't many around these parts though which is a shame.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, you could definitely make the sugar-free versions of my nests. Get some diabetic dark chocolate, a little honey and some olive oil spread. Not sure whether you would get hold of sugar-free mini-eggs though.
Did you find the pussy willows around here? Do pussy willows grow around here? Because if they do, I must have some...
