100 miles of cranking. You did it! Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteGreat medals - the chain is a wonderful touch. Congratulations again.
ReplyDeleteWho's the dude?
ReplyDeleteThank you TG and Sue! TG, I wish I could say I'd done a century... That lovely patch is the third or fourth in The Lizard's collection. His body doesn't rebel past 70 miles like mine does! Sue, I love that they use recycled bicycle chains to craft those medals. I, too, think it's a GREAT touch!
ReplyDeleteLizard, you crack me up!!!
Wow! Love, love the medals! You two impress me like there's no tomorrow. Amazing what your bodies do for you!
ReplyDeleteLove ya!
Well, it is me again. Is it OK if I tell you how gosh darn proud of you I am? Hmmmm...I am gonna anyway...I am so PROUD!! You are AWESOME!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats! love using the word dude and was thrown for a bit when my minister used it to describe me the other day. Thanks for putting your time and effort into this cause. The dude, who we stayed with in Rochester, has MS as do other friends. Peace and Hope!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Maria, De'Ann and Stratoz! It was so good to finish because of the heat, but now that the weather has cooled off just a trifle, I do miss the comaraderie of the ride! And the bananas... :)
