seldom heard, well must you keep your secrets
locked inside, hidden deep from view?

OMGOSH, he is TOO CUTE! AHHHH!!!
ReplyDeleteAren't porcupines amazing? I ran across one in the San Juans this summer so my photos were in wildflowers. I love your photos in the snow. What odd animals, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteWho needs words when you look like this! Once a friend of mine and myself were just chatting along a trail and suddenly we looked up and who do you think was sitting right over our head starring at us? Yep, if you said this porcupine's brother, you'd be right!
ReplyDeleteCute, cute, cute ♥
ReplyDeleteWhat great pictures! OMG! Will you just look at that little pink tongue sticking out in the second shot! Wow!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little guy! I hope this is in fact an archive photo and it's not already snowing that strongly there.
ReplyDeleteI love them! Is it really so snowy over there already? And what is it - a porcupine or ...? Amazing shots
ReplyDeletethey are such interesting creatures.
ReplyDeletePoor animal! It is hard to find some food... Delicious things are hidden under the white fluffy stuff.
ReplyDeleteOh that paw reaching out in the top photo! And the hot pink tongue. You've captured the critter-nature so well.
ReplyDeleteThey do make you smile when you see them, probably not so much if you get too close and they spray you with their spines!
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to believe those are spines - they look like nice fluffy fur, if a bit spiky in an 80's sort of way.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos. (I'm always saying that but it's always true.)
Awwww what an adorable critter :)
ReplyDelete(then and now was correct in my blog, although both photos were taken almost at the same time)
Great photos of an amazing animal. I have never seen a porcupine in the wild before. I'm jealous.
ReplyDeleteLove the pink tongue!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a talented crochet-ess :)
