DeleteWow, looks like a big ride! I'm glad there were some nice flowers and city lights along the way.
ReplyDeleteNot too many city lights outside the mountain hamlets, Catsynth. It was a HUGE ride though. In more ways than one. I think about 3,000 riders participate each day, with 500 doing both days, and they climb three mountains passes in 120 miles each day. Whew!

ReplyDeleteHappy sigh ... this post has EVERYTHING! :) Mountains, cycling, wildflowers, excitement, suspense, star athletes (the Lizard being the brightest among them of course). Can't wait to read tomorrow's post.
