ReplyDeleteThank you, Ivh. Yes, we are fine. We are about 30 to 40 miles south/southwest of the most destructive flooding and on high ground to boot. Our hearts go out to those who have suffered from the forest fires, and now this.
DeleteI can see the attraction to that flower, with its vibrant colors and elegant geometry. Clearly, the butterfly sees something in it, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Catsynth! It was a thrill to be able to capture the butterfly in so many poses.
Deleteo, this is a beauty, and so beutifully captured. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Monica!
DeleteJust gorgeous butterfly pics! Wow! Have a happy day!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Louise!
DeleteI love the bokeh in the first butterfly photo. They're all gorgeous, and I now know exactly how hard it is to get such glorious photos!
ReplyDeleteI assume that you're all okay down there. Our world has been turned upside down but we're okay.
Thanks, KB! Yes, we're okay. High ground, which I'm sure you're on, too. But you're probably more isolated by the damage than I am. I hope you're able to get around as you need to.
DeleteWow - glorious butterfly, amazing photos. Don't you love it when they pose for you like that? I think he knew he was lookin' good. :)
