ReplyDeleteWe saw the most incredible fireworks in Lincoln on the night of the 4th - 3 hours straight, stretching all across the near horizon - I don't know if they were going off from a riverbank or a road, but there were literally miles of fireworks exploding all at once. It was wonderful.
Have you ever heard the song "The Lady in the Harbor" by Dan Rowley? We heard it on a folk-music show as we were driving home Saturday, and it made me cry. Very poignant.
