:) these are great, what a lovely idea! Especially like the one where your quilt is rolled up like a yoga mat on the grass, ready to go!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Niahm! I like all the green on green, too. Maybe I should have named it Eternal Spring
DeleteHave quilt, will travel? lol can go anywhere and the green is neat, can still have green when that ugly white stuff arises.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pat! Maybe I should make a super warm green quilt for when the white stuff flies!
DeleteNice quilts. I like the geometric shapes produced by the high-contrast squares :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Amanda! That's quite the compliment from your geometric and architectural eye!
DeleteBeautiful quilt! I wish I had an eye for composition like you have. Slowly I'm learning I guess.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing so well, Lizard! I'm very proud of what you've accomplished, and I wait with baited breath for you to reveal what you've been working on so diligently!
DeleteWhat beautiful fresh colours, love the combinations in it.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Wonky! I love green batiks, so I have lots of fabrics that blend well with them. Hopefully that means I'll be able to finish off a lot more scrap quilts to use up the rest of my leftovers!
DeleteFun color combo and I always like spiral quilting :) Well done!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Vera! It started out as a scrap vortex, so I tried to maintain the theme when I quilted. I'm pleased with how it turned out!
DeleteI love your sense of colour and motion and placement. And the quilting is absolutely PERFECT, thematically and artistically!
ReplyDelete:D
Thank you, Sue! It was really nice to get rid of some of those leftovers and have them turn out so great!
DeleteDo you live in seattle? These are SEAHAWKS and Sounders colors!
ReplyDeleteHa ha, Dawn! No, I live in enemy territory, but I'm bicowbellular. I like the Seahawks as much as I like the Broncos, and the Seahawks have a far superior color scheme. 😛
