    Oh, this makes me miss the ocean! Thank you for these lovely California photos. I can hear the waves crashing against the rocks when I look at them, and hear the cry of the seabirds.

    The contemplative egret is my favourite shot. Such beautiful clear blue-greens in that ripple of wave in the background.
