DeleteI do hope you try to root the rose clipping..using the tater? When I do mine, I remove all the bottom leaves and leave a few top ones. Pop it in some dirt, and cover with a jar, water & sunny local should help it to root. There are other way also, I've just done it this way. It was told to me many moons ago by a 80 year old woman, and how she did it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the info, Faith. I've had some gorgeous roses in vases, and it would be amazing to be able to grow any of them in my garden. I may just have to try. Can't hurt, right?
