Autumn Glory

I didn't get to do our traditional autumn leaf road trips this year. Or last year. Or the year before. But, this year, I got to shoot neighborhood leaves. And all kinds of fall scenes I might have missed had I not been suffering from aspen withdrawal!

Lizard's health issues prevented us from viewing even neighborhood leaves the last two years. So this year's brilliant colors were beyond thrilling for us.

I cannot wait until we can get out in the mountains again. There are days when we wonder if it will ever happen. But we won't give up.

In the meantime, thank heavens for autumn leaves in areas we can walk during my lunch hour and after I get off work. God sure created a beautiful world for us to enjoy!
